Steven is a fantastic personal trainer! Every session he pushes you to do your best, even when you think you can not in a million years do what he is asking. Steven also has so much patience working to correct your form and breaking everything down step by step so you understand exactly what muscle you are targetting. Steven is very flexible with rescheduling pt slots and you can even train with a gym partner! I always look forward to my training and feel like I have so much energy afterwards. "I have been training with Steven for just over a year now and have lost a total of 18kg. Not only have I lost a lot of weight I have gained so much out of training with Steven.

I cannot believe how far I have come over the past year and could never have done it without Stevens knowledge, expertise and support. I have not only lost kgs but I am healthier, I sleep better and am can feel myself getting stronger each week. I have dropped from a size 14-16 to a size 10 and feel so much more energetic every single day.

I had always said I would never do PT because I never thought I would feel comfortable enough, but, never say never because here I am and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Steven makes me feel extremely comfortable which for me was a huge factor in training with a PT. We train hard but also have good fun as Steve is so warm, relatable and makes an effort to get to know his clients.

I have, for as long as I can remember felt very insecure, self conscious and lacked confidence so I am just as happy with my mental growth/changes than i am with my physical and health changes. Although I still have my goals that I am working towards and by no means am I where I want to be just yet, I have gained so much confidence and now feel so much more comfortable in my own body.
